#GoDreamer Raffle Promo Winner Achieves Dream Of Getting A Light Truck For Business

The winner of Global Dominion Financing, Inc.’s #GoDreamer Raffle promo early this year, Marielle Apan, shared some updates after the first few months of driving their new light truck for business.

Privately, Ms. Apan’s family was able to use the L300 as a service to travel to different places like Vigan and Subic. While it is still being used by friends and family as a private vehicle, they plan to fully utilize it for public transportation or logistics, as soon as they finish registering it for business use. “It will be a good source of additional passive income for our family,” Ms. Apan said in an interview with Global Dominion’s business development head.

Marielle is the youngest of 3 siblings. Her parents are from Tacloban, Leyte. She graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management from the College of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde in 2022. She was working for a communications company when she joined Global Dominion’s raffle promo.

“It really brought happiness to our family. I can’t wait for the time na magagamit na namin siya pang negosyo,” Apan stated.

The #GoDreamer Raffle promo was launched in 2022 aiming to give Filipinos a chance to take home a light truck that can be used for business, especially since logistics and transportation businesses rose above amidst the pandemic mobilizing the economy even further towards recovery. The promo was open to all adult Filipinos, except for Global Dominion employees themselves and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity.

Almost a thousand joined the raffle promo, and in March 2023 Marielle was announced as the winner during Global Dominion’s 20th anniversary event at The Podium hosted by James Deakin. The draw was participated in by the company’s business development officers and a representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

“We are happy to learn that Marielle’s family is already using the light truck we awarded. We hope that they get to use it for business soon para mas marami pang matulungan at maserbisyuhan yung L300 from Global Dominion,” Global Dominion President & COO Patricia Poco-Palacios shared.
