Who Is: #GlobalPinoy Loan Consultant Ayrene Tapel

A call for change saying, “Gusto mo ba mabago ang buhay mo?!” on a free newspaper caught Ayrene Tapel’s attention back in 2004 – and that headline has proven itself to be true over the following years until today for her.

Ayrene Tapel is Global Dominion Financing Inc.’s 169th accredited loan consultant and is now one of the top performers, helping thousands of borrowers per year, empowering more and more families achieve their goals and dreams. While working as a school registrar, she started wandering career-wise and explored more on what was initially known to be a tedious and exhausting job – field marketing. And though it really is a tough job and not one that can just winged by, she took her time to learn the products and did her own field research by applying what she hears to be effective and experimented along the way. “Hindi madali ang pagiging Loan Consultant, gumamit ako ng flyers, tarpaulins, at nakipag-usap ako sa maraming tao, kahit na hindi pa masyado malakas ang loob ko noong una,” she stated in an interview. Ayrene had to go on leave and skip some hours for herself just to attend orientation and training sessions provided by Global Dominion in order to fully align herself with the company.

It was roughly after two years when she finally decided to leave her corporate job and focus on being a Loan Consultant for GDFI. Then is when she realized how much more she can possibly have – definitely beyond what she has initially imagined! Guided by the people around her, Ayrene made herself an expert in Car Loan, Car Collateral Loan, Car Financing, OFW Loan, and even Personal Loan products. Samuel Carino, GDFI’s Marketing Manager is one of those who never gave up to show her support and love to continue improving in her craft. During the early stage of her Global Dominion career, she has faced a lot of challenges, and much more changes that made it sometimes difficult for her to adapt. While she was still working double time on the field, flyering and installing tarpaulins, the world around her started to change and shifted to the digital era.

Some of the best and the brightest loan consultants in the digital marketing field struck her thoughts and inspired her to adapt and learn! This is the beginning of another chapter in Ayrene’s journey. She started attending Digital Marketing Training sessions provided and facilitated by Global Dominion to its accredited loan consultants across all of its branches located nationwide. She studied Facebook marketing, organic push, and even Ads Manager. To top it all, she’s also moved to business ads management online from the regular boosting others do to gain traffic. With additional knowledge, she has become sharper and more fueled to help more families live their dreams. “Ang problema, hindi yan mawawala, pero kung susuko ka agad wala ring mangyayari sayo,” she added.

Ayrene is a mother of four, and is also a family to Global Dominion where she’s been sharing her Joy and Love through the years and over the next decades. “In my 15 years with GDFI I’ve been molded to give excellent service. The secret is our love for our job and for one another.” – Ayrene Tapel
